Squat Day

I'm easing back into these. The reason being I can Box Squat a house (not really, lol), but my Full ROM Squats need some improvement. So, I set my 1RM low and based my working set percentages off that lowered 1RM. I hope that this makes some sense.

Squats
154x5* 185x5* 215x3* 250x3 285x3 325x3 ~*Warm Up Sets.

Leverage Squat Machine
180x5 270x5 315x5 360x5 405x5 ~I don't have a Leg Press, so this was the runner up.

Super Sets;

Leg Extensions
90x15/15/15/15/15

BB Rows
135x10/10/10/10/10 ~Overhand grip brought high to the chest targeting upper back and rear delts (my problem area)
