ME Bench

Feeling better today. Diet and training back on track, Left Rotator Cuff is being problematic. Kept form somewhat strict to avoid discomfort and went light on others.

Rotator PreHab; Outside Rotation.
#1 Mini x20/20/20

Prone DB Laterals.
25x10/10/10

Bench w/u.
135x15/15/15

Max Singles ~Paused at the bottom (1,2,Press).
225x3 315x3 365x3 385x2 405x1 425x1

Reverse Band Bench w/ #4 Medium.

Oly Bar Skull Crushers

Elbow PreHab; Cable Push Downs w/ Rope.
