Rep Bench Day

Had a slight "oops" moment today with training. I was three sets into my "WK3 - 5 sets of 3 @ 355" and realized that I had 365 on the bar. So I did what anyone else would do, finish with it. I may hang out here for two more weeks then advance in weight as scheduled.

Got some good looking numbers going on there. How do you like those skull crushers? How bad is it on your elbows? May try and work some of those in..but with baby weight compared to you! Keep up the good work man.
