Not much of a leg session. I am limited to my lifts because I train at home, But I managed to get something in and work around the "injury".

No, feels more like connective tissue. No tingles or the sharp explosive pain. Just deep pain around the joint.

In that case I think something other than a chiro is in order. Tried any NSAIDs?

They do work well. 3 ibuprofen and 3 Tylenol.

so frustrating when tendons & ligaments get sore/injured/tweaked. i start wishing they sold over-the-counter cortisone shots.
