Tried back raises, was meant to do 50, managed 20, made my head worse so I quit and came home.

Positives from the session:

- I did it
- The speed pulls were the fastest I've ever pulled that weight. My suit is the nuts even if it does make my head explode with this cold.

Negatives:

- I am sicker than I thought and need rest.
- No benching for me until Friday but I may have a work function I need to attend so I may end up doubling squats and bench at the weekend. Will see how I get on.

Glad to see there were at leans some positives with those pulls!

Man, you guys have had more than your fair share of sickness. Seems to be a viscious circle of illness over there. IO wish I could pack up some of my immune system and send it over.

So the sinus headache had become full blown manflu by Wednesday and took me out completely. I currently sound horrendous thanks to a lovely cough but actually don't feel too bad. May even make it back in the gym this weekend...

I feel better just not lifting fit yet

This morning I thought I would have to wait until next week to get back under the bar, now I think I might make my squat session on Sunday.
