Good Morning & Good Night. Holy Schmolly - a 300 lb GM and 615 lb shrugs is pretty badass hench Al

I'm looking forward to doing Goblet Squats on my heavy killer week. 90 lbs is the max I can go on them tho.

Thanks T. Goblet squats are great for hip mobilty and strength. Also now I'm going heavier I think I'll be able to get some upper back work out of them as well.

Video posted above but no weights written in. Sorry I had an absolute nightmare getting this uploaded for some reason

Also weighed in this morning at a giant 100.7kg's or 221.5lb's Need to level off the weightgain a little now to try to maintain at this. Baby is due 3 weeks today so Mrs LtL will be on the diet wagon from there onwards meaning my diet will be cleaned up as well. I won't cut per se but I will make an effort to cut out the crap when she does.

Also saw an article on making a sled over the weekend so am looking into that at the moment as well. I do need to improve my cardio a bit and what better way to do cardio than smashing weights at the same time
