This was my thinking as well.
I switched bicep exercises to ones where I could use a 'lose' or 'open' grip.
ex: Preachers, various machines, etc.

Thanks Swede. Had a contrast shower and shoulder liked it. Couple more days of rolling and stretching and I'm sure it'll be fine.

Tom thanks for the comment. I think I need to make smarter exercise choices.

Strange not seeing the bands being used in your session today Al. Your bar speed has always been fast, come to think of it. Actually nice to see you doing abwork again as well

Hope shoulder is going to be good to go. I am finding I have more little aches and pains these days as well, but they usually go away reasonably quickly.

Shoulder feels much better this morning. Should be fine for max bench on Saturday. I think it was just super tight after the lat pulldowns.

I was thinking that last night. Those sets were a little slower but still fast and easy. Felt good that I only lifted that for the first time in December!

I think it sorted me out a treat. Certainly helped anyways.

Glutes are sore from GHR's and keeping knees out to get onto the box. Loving it. Two days off now until Max Effort Bench. Rest and recover.

Sounds like the shoulder was just tight, squatting tends to help mine out as well. Good to know that I am not the only freak lol.

Yeah my gut instinct was right: I didn't think it was torn or damaged, just tight so lots of rolling with a field (Nard) hockey ball, a few ibuprofen and some weight on the bar and I was good to go
