Sick deadlifting Big Al Awesome way to get used to pulling even heavier weight and to work on sticking points. - I for some eason missed reading reverse band deadlifts when I first saw the 255 KG's and thought you deadlifted 560 lbs. I reckon those huge numbers just jump off the page right away.

All round humungous effort to lock out the 255 and keep all the chow down

Now that Steve's getting on the platform, I don't think it'll be much of a battle on the iron side even with an extra year's training. Maybe I could stop trimming and we could have a beard-off.
