Tim there was nothing nice about the physio, who is as wide as she is tall, kneading your lower back and glutes with her elbows

Alright it was a litle bit nice but I'm a masochist

This made me chuckle a bit Crunchy shoulders The only thing I like crunchy is my cereal and fried chicken

Seated Cable Row
75kg's x 15
80kg's x 15

Today's session did NOT start well. I knew I was down one training partner but I ended up losing all 3 and not being able to find anyone else I considered not doing any heavy work and just doing assistance for about [________] that long. Afterwards I figured I'd just nut up and get it done as best I could. The gym was quiet when I got there so I just asked the guy working to spot me. Took a while to explain how to hand off properly and how to handle the boards but I added them early at 100 for some practice. My handler did OK to begin with but on the heavier weights he wasn't lifting out hard enough and left me to bring the bar forward. Then on the last set you can see he panicked, didn't hand off well, then grabbed the bar and not the block, nightmare. Got the triple though and even though he gets a light hand on the last rep', I'm sure I would have got it anyways so I'm counting it. Not overly happy with how I benched today. Poor hand offs meant I wasn't as tight as I'd have liked but realistically any day where I can handle that much weight and triple it is good.

Got some shoulder pressing done for the first time in ages. I know that rep's hurt my shoulder more because of the blood filling the muscle and constricting movement so I kept the rep's lower and cleaned them all for fun. Rest of the session was HARD. Triceps hurt as I pumped the blood through and cable rows made me sick in my mouth. Good times.

Today's session could have been a complete write-off. During the session I thought it was OK. Looking back I'm pretty pleased with how I performed. Here's the video:

Good work Brother, I have days like that at times since I train alone. Once that it is over I can reflect and actually be pleased with the session. Work with what ya got, smash on!

That's the difference maker. You considered but won the mental battle.

Strong session.

Are your DB cleans from the floor, or a hang clean?
