Cube Week 6 Deadlifts

Foam roll and band stretches

Deadlifts
60kgs x 5
110kgs x 5
150kgs x 1
Add suit bottoms
150kgs x 1
170kgs x 1
190kgs x 1
205kgs x 2 Poor form.
205kgs x 2 Same
Remove suit
205kgs for 2 sets of 2 but back still rounding and weight too far forward
190kgs for 8 singles with minutes rest. Rolled bar into me and this helped a LOT.

DB rows
47.5kgs for 2 sets of 10

DB shrugs
40kgs for 2 sets of 20

Cable pull throughs
7plates for 2 sets of 15

Cable crunches standing
2 sets of lots

The suit is making my poor form worse so has been abandoned for now. Form was still rubbish until I started rolling the bar in. This gets my weight back and makes it easier to get into a better position. Going to keep hammering this over the coming weeks.

I will doing a lot less geared lifting after the meet. Probably 1-2 months completely raw and then phase back in.
