Thanks! Good points, mostly common sense, but that is something I lack sometimes.

Very fast coming up on those squats. Good stuff LtL.

Thanks guys. Stomach bug took me out yesterday but feel ok today. Deadlifts have been postponed to tomorrow. Today is all about actually eating something and keeping it down
