Good patience on the pull, I liked that. You're really making that effort to concentrate on getting tight. You can see the pressure in your face. That's good, you can see the difference in pop off the floor for yourself. So that's all very positive.

Lower back's bent to fuck though lol, arch it a little more.

Great thanks. Gonna have a session out of the suit for a rest and then back in on Sunday so I'll work on that then.
