Thanks Al

Yes having had Faz advise me on elements of my Westside programming, he has suggested that I run this style of routine. Hoping that getting my raw strength back up translates to bigger equipped numbers.

Aye, we're always bouncing ideas off each other over email. Al was very helpful when I had 3-4 months on Westside earlier this year. I know a little more about frequent raw training.
