LOOSENER

Nothing exciting. Nothing heavy. Basically a prolonged warm-up.

High row
3 sets of 15 working up to 2pps

GHRs
3 sets of 5 with minimal assistance

Foam rolling for upper back and it bands

Incline dumbell bench
15kgs for 3 sets of 20

Face pulls
3 sets of 2

More foam rolling and some stretching

Water intake is around 6.5litres today. Still working up. Feeling healthy. Feeling ready.
