Nice benching LtL, good work for being out of your shirt for a long period of time. I'm usually all messed up when I don't get into it for a while.

That last 182 looked real smooth, and more confident.

Thanks man. I was finding my feet but the last rep on the video felt much smoother. Just need to keep pushing back.

Thanks. The second rep Hazzard cued me really well and I pushed back more which led to a smoother press and lockout. Need to get stronger at the top end so I can lockout hard and provide a definite stop for the judges.

Seated Cable Rows ss Front/Lateral raises
13p for 1 set of 10 then 14p for 3 sets of 10
All supersetted with
6kgs for 10 each way then 2 sets of 8kgs for 10 each way

Hammer curls ss with tricep pushdowns

2 things stick out to me.

1: Work on raising your belly just before touch. This will cut the ROM enough that its similar to a 1board. Just takes time working on it.

2: Let the bar drift back to your face just a little more about 3/4 of the way up. It will make the lockout that much easier.

Touching looked to be no real issue. Looked like you were slow off the chest in the shirt, im sure that is just time off from it though. Overall you have to feel happy with the progress.
