When I squat with a straight bar I am in the 8th hole down.

Good work staying strict, will pay off for sure. Jealous of those chains, been trying to get hold of some over summer, just too expensive.

I got a few guys from the gym including the owner to club together and buy the chains. Good thing is that the owner also bought a new bar at the same time

Rolling for upper body, hams, glutes
Stretching for hip flexors and hips/glutes

All done using long super mini
Band GMs
3 sets of 15

Seated band rows
3 sets of 25

Overhead band extensions, single hand
3 sets per side continuous, right then left then straight back to right
30 then 25 then 20

Kitchen chores, food prep, Resurrect for sleep and bed.

Yeah. I'm working on getting him to buy safety squat bar or giant cambered bar but will take a standard bar that isn't bent for now

Max bench tonight. Raw POR singles either full ROM or 1board, still undecided.

Love the chains as well. I remember a few weeks ago when the crew pulled out the chains for my squat session. I was so excited to finally get a chance to work with chains. They have 2 sets of them.They felt great and added a degree of difficulty like nothing else. They also made me feel pretty hench. Also loved the noise - music to my ears.

I see your doing alot of GM's lately Cannot give a for the KP duties tho!!
