Thanks guys. Snuck in a quick session after work last night:

Incline bench
16kgs dumbells for 1 minute continuous which was around 36reps. Nice and slow.

Lat Pulldown
9plates for 3 sets of 20

Tricep Pushdowns
2 sets of 20

Shoulder superset of lateral and rear raises
6kgs for 15 side then 20 rear
2 sets

Then I went to London with Mrs LtL and some friends and ate this.
