Just typed all of this out and then lost it Here's the abridged version:

MAX EFFORT BENCH PRESS

1.5 scoops of Volatile 30 minutes before training

Floor press
Worked up to 142.5kgs and 145kgs raw for 2.5 and 5kgs PBs respectively. Missed 147.5kgs and then put on slingshot and worked up to a PB lift of 170kgs.

Followed up with some one armed chest supported rows and walked home.

Great session. Big thanks to Pete and Matt for handling and filming. Here's the video:


Hoping this raw and overload work will translate into equipped PBs when I get back in the gear in a few weeks.

Raw lift footage is as follows:

142.5kgs - Matt didn't record anything
145kgs - Matt rotated the camera halfway through and thus I can't rotate it properly
147.5kgs - I missed the lift and looked like a mug
