They did until 65kgs. Then my triceps were dead. I was getting the bar above my head but was struggling to get the head through and finish the reps. I'm sure if I did them fresh I'd be stronger.

Thanks Gaz.

Managed to hurt my lower back last night arching so hard I think. Feels like I have bruised my tailbone but I don't think I have. Been stretching and anti inflammatorying all day and it's getting better. Fingers crossed for the next big session on Thursday. Tonight's extra work is just upper body and light hamstring work to allow back to heal.

EXTRA

Rolling for upper back, quads and IT bands

Tricep extensions
3 sets of 20 per arm with long super mini

Band pull aparts
3 sets of 15

Hamstring curls
3 sets of 20 per leg

I've woken up with a bruised tailbone and no recollection of how it happened. Thinking its the Jaeger + Concrete Steps + Stupid Shoes equation.

Haven't done any meets this year and next one isn't until the end of November. I am now a gear whore and have been learning to use a squat suit and bench shirt

Back is almost pain free now so looking good to smash some deadlifts tomorrow. Reminder to self though: I am old and need to warm-up my back after sitting in an office all day
