Thanks guys. I have tried to improve angles for today's shots.

DYNAMIC EFFORT SQUAT/DL

Walk 1.5 miles to gym

Speed squats with ghetto safety squat bar
16" box against average bands
Bar for 3 sets
Add bands
Bar for 1 set
60kgs for 2 sets of 2
Add suit bottoms
100kgs for 2 sets of 2
130kgs for 2 sets of 2
150kgs for 2 sets of 2
170kgs for 2 sets of 2
185kgs x 1 solid rep
Add knee wraps
200kgs x 1 but the ugliest rep EVER
200kgs x 1 MUCH better

Sumo speed pulls against doubled average band
60kgs for 2 sets of 3
100kgs for 2 singles
140kgs for 8 singles working on getting back tighter
140kgs for 2 singles conventional

Strict arch back GMs
60kgs for 2 sets of 10
80kgs for 2 sets of 10

Back extensions
BW for 15 then 10 then 8

Janda sit-ups
BW for 25 then 20 then ab cramp and 10

Walk home from gym

Will do full write-up with videos tonight. Very hard session though.

Nice one Ltl, i saw the vid on your youtube.

Squats looked snappy and quick, even the ugly 200 wasn't so bad you just got a bit ahead of yourself with the hips. Pulls looked good too. GMs were far too shallow, not even really GMs. They won't give you carryover done like that.

Was that Pete on the camera lol? Wtf was he doing!

Thanks Faz. Thing with the GMs is I didn't really feel them in my hamstrings which I expected being that shallow but when I go deeper, I lose my arch. Do I need accept a certain amount of rounding, get stronger or just stop lifting like a mongtard and sort my form out?

Just lower the weight man, doesn't matter how low. I started at 60kg a few times when I started doing them, and had shit form hurt myself, almost gave up and finally dropped to 20kg and started to do it properly.

After that it started to pick up.

Just start as low as you need to maintain form! If it's 50 that's ok, but if it's less than it's less!
