250 depth looked good. You even dipped a hair in the video after this still. You keep creeping up in depth after this one.



Walkouts, I feared you were going to trip. But with that rack I probably would walkout an extra step too.

On the 260, your elbows came up when you dipped during the eccentric, and you lost your back tightness. You finished the rep in this position, and it contributed to leaning forward a bit.

250 was solid, 252 was pretty close, the next weight was all over the place, but you controlled it very well!

Now for the ugly side! Force the knees out a little harder. Make Hazz call your depth, and dont come up till you get the up. If it folds you up and puts you face down, ol well!

EXTRA

Rolling upper body, quads, it bands, hamstrings and glutes.

Light band good mornings
3 sets of 20
Focused on sitting back and contracting glutes. These were hard!

Super mini band pull aparts
3 sets of 10

Overhead tricep extension
Single arm
3 sets of 20 per side
No rest between sets

Weighted planks
25 second hold until I almost lost my dinner

Crunches with hold at the top
Set of 15 working up to 30 second hold on last rep

FIN

Now going to put finishing touches to my food for tomorrow and go to bed.
