I have never lifted my head. It would help my shirted press by helping me to touch I guess but never tried on raw. It would probably pitch me forward and lose my arch so I'm not bothered about the rule in my federation. I would love to bench on my toes though. Flat footing it kills me.

Would oly shoes help, get you that bit of lift on to the toes? I don't think I've seen you using them yet.

Yeah I always bench in oly shoes. I probably need something more like this.
