Thanks LtL! That's a lot of calories needing to be replaced, I'd imagine, holding the thing for so long...but yeah, I can see where a "trial run" for the groove as well would take more time.

You're definitely past the hardest part, now it's just tweaking things a little and speeding it up as Babs noted.
