Nope. Incline bench. Great move bit due to my T-Rex arms I did have to have someone hand me the bar.

Thats a whole lotta work LtL...

Nice idea for the row's , might "borrow" that one as the cable row machine in my gym only goes to a disappointing 140kgs ,

Thanks guys. Lazy day today followed by dinner with friends tonight. He has promised me a man vs food style eating challenge. I'm excited! That should fuel a decent dynamic effort bench session tomorrow morning.

Weigh-in on Monday will decide whether I go back to backloading next week. I plan on delaying the dieting for as long as possible. I am eating clean (ish) and well whilst at home so if I can keep the fat off, I'll leave carbs in for as long as possible.

Absolutely a great gym you lift at Big Al, to have people that know what they are doing and thus able to help you out. Real pleased you were able to find a rowing variation that works well for you. Have you been shedding some fat of late??

Yes Jim. I'm down from 106kgs to 99kgs as of last week by doing carb backloading. Just eating what I want at the moment though.
