Looking strong LtL.

I've been tempted towards the GBPF, it's a lot more active in the north than the BDFPA. Out of curiosity, do you know if as a member of the BDFPA you can compete in the GBPF as a guest? I'm not bothered about qualifying but it's more chance to compete locally.

You can't no. They're very much in competition with each other for members, so you'd need to be a member of both, which again is something they might frown upon.

Thanks Faz.

Tonight was another session where work went mental and I was hungry through the whole session. Not good but all this should change soon, watch this space.

Wanted to go a bit heavier RAW before putting the slanger on but shoulder was a bit crunchy so didn't push it. Time to embrace gear whoredom 100% Reps were quite smooth up to 165. Was dropping the bar a bit at the end of the negative but not too badly. Something to keep working on. 165 was comfortable. 172.5 was a real grinder. I lost my groove and really had to fight to get it up. 175 I almost finished but not quite. Problem with both last two says was triceps strength. They aren't strong enough to press straight up so the bar comes up into the shoulders and I lose my tightness which lengthens the ROM. More board work needed I think.

After this I did a rep out with 140kgs and got 6 (forgot to log this) and then onto isolations for assistance. Band flies are new but work better for my shoulder as they are lighter at the bottom where the crunch is. Face pulls were a PB for weight and reps and so were extensions. Nice finish.

Have some video which emphasises the problems I mention above. My starting position is improved and this has reduced my ROM but I need stronger triceps to take advantage of this. Editing video now. Will post later or tomorrow morning.
