Thanks for the heads up on strictness and I completely agree on the groove thing: last night my chest was dropping and I was losing my upright position as the bands pulled me forward, moreso on the second rep of each set. This wasn't a problem at all on the high box.

I will always take quality advice onboard. Like I said in my PM, it's not nice to hear but I need to hear it. Gotta get stronger at what wins meets.

GBPF has more lifters and a higher level of competition. To give you an idea the BDFPA qualifying total for the 100kgs class is 607.5kgs and for the 110kgs is 627.5kgs so significantly less. Time to step up.

Yeah it'd be cool just to qualify and lift against some of these guys. The typical winning total for a 83kg lifter is something in the region of 820kg+ the past few years. In the 100's and 110's it's far more. Very tough competition.

I feel a little bad for ditching the BDFPA though, so we'll see.
