Hazzard Tri Set of hell
Lat High Row/Incline bench machine thing/light band tricep pushdowns
3 sets of ever decreasing reps. Swapped chest machine for push ups on last set.

FIN

Awesome return to shirted pressing. Warm ups were a little awkward but coach Hazz helped a lot and set me right. Putting the shirt on I made sure I got it set right into the armpits this time. It took a while to do and a lot of work from Hazz but it was worth it. Other than the initial effort of getting it on the only problem I had with the shirt was that where I was leaving the collar high, it was choking me out a bit once the weights unracked. Tried unsuccessfully to just pull it down but it kept riding so secured it with the belt for the last set and it worked like a dream.

All sets felt comfortable and I definitely had more in me but I was tiring so I ended on a high.

Assistance work was another Hazzard experiment but after he helped so much with the pressing, I indulged him Now had dinner and ready for sleep. Have video but I'll have to edit tomorrow.
