form is looking solid as a rock. You probably think there are things to work on but i cant see them.

Getting strong mate. I dont think i remember seeing you progress this well since you started 5/3/1. The westside template you have used seems to be fitting well mate

Wow! Today was hard from the word go. I knew I was down to one training partner but I awoke to a text saying that he was out as well. I had been planning to do reverse band squat singles with supra-maximal weights but with no known spotters, I figured I'd play it a bit safer and go for regular squat triples. It was hard to get myself psyched up to go to train but I pushed through and once I got going, I was feeling good. Everything from 150 up felt heavy but that's probably because it was. After a certain point, it all feels heavy I felt so strong after the third rep' on 170 that I contemplated racking it and going for another set but with a random spotter (who in the video didn't look like he'd be much help if I did fail ) I decided to push for an extra rep'. Last time I did squat triples I got 165 x 3 and it wasn't as clean as that. Good times!

The rest of the session was very difficult. It took my three attempts to get my lifting straps fastened at the start of each set of RDL's as leaning forward was making me sick. Had to take a walk outside after the second set here and after the shrugs but kept everything in place. The standing crunches I got from the "So you think you can squat" series and they are very hard. Good to feel a decent ab' contraction.

Overall a session which I thought would be a disappointment was epic. Funny how that happens sometimes. I have video of all of the squats (self shot so I'll apologise now for the fact that you'll have to watch me wrap and belt up each time) which I'll put together and post later. Now though I'm off outside to do some garden chores in the sunshine
