It now appears as tho every core lift is your best lift Big Al

You are simply a superb natural powerlifter. I really wish I was there to see it live. I especially loved how the 230 was not only the heaviest but the best lift.

I cannot help but remember back to just over a year ago when you were learning the technique, and now look at you. What an absolutely incredible future you have.

I am very proud to have been along for most of the ride Al.

And I'm sure I don't have to go tell you to go eat like the champ you are and rest up, as Mini ltL permits of course.

Thanks Jim. Even though my pull has come a long way, it's still far from my strongest lift. As long as I can keep it ahead of my monster squat, I'll be happy

Congrats mate, 230Kg is some serious weight, it's not unfeasable that you will be lifting 6 plates in the not too distant future. That would be seriously sick.
