First time ever doing incline cgbp. Felt better than regular grip incline. Annoyed that the bench slid on the first rep' of the top set. Think I might have had a shot at a triple otherwise. Made sure I got the extra rep' I missed but didn't film. Footage of the 110 and the 117.5kg's sets will follow though.

Trained alone today and although I wasn't massively excited to get in as I was nervous about going heavy without my usual team to handle but I was pretty pleased with how heavy I managed really. I think 130kg's for 1 is a possibility on here in the near future. The rest of the work was all volume centred and had me dripping in sweat. Bigger muscles are stronger muscles. Looking to make that a reality.

Next session will be Max Dead's on Tuesday night. Believe it or not I'm excited already Video to follow later.

May I be the first to say, that workout kicked ass. I always found incline CGBP kinda awkward. But you managed to pack some good weight and work the sh*t out of those triceps. that's what it's all about!

Brillliant, you tried it! You know 117kg is a very good number for the exercise, I'm fairly tricep dominant and I think I'd struggle.
