Here, a Massage Therapist and a Physiotherapist are usually 2 different people. For my low back issue, I saw a Chiropractor (which didn't work) and then a massgae Therapist (which did work) I saw a Physiotherapist for my intercostal injury

Dynamic effort upper so:

Speed bench
Lockout work off 3 board
Upper back - Looking at some dumbbell rows followed by hang clean and press

A message is always enjoyable, unless it's done by someone named Leon, then not so much, but I still wouldn't call it functional.

Always love to see the enthusiasm! I come here and can't wait to get back to the gym.

Where do you drag your sled? I'm thinking of going ghetto and using the tub of a wheelbarrow, but don't want to tear up the lawn, and I think the locals would take a dim view of tearing up the local park, or indeed appreciate the noise if I were to drag it up and down the street. This problem has perplexed me a bit.

I drag mine outside the gym which doesn't really help you I'm afraid. What about just loading the barrow with plates?

Feeling a little tender in the glutes this morning after having them pummelled last night but it's just some minor bruising so will clear up quickly. Took delivery of my latest SMR (Self Myofascial Release) toy today:



This will help to roll those hard to reach places
