Hey, we all had to start somewhere somehow Those same vids really made a bigger difference than you think Al. They are the reason I am what I am today Al. I learned how to deadlift right alongside you, always knowing if I worked as hard as you, I would progress as well. Those vids inspired me all the way Al. Thanks

Thanks Jim. I don't think the sumo form was too bad but the lockouts were done by leaning back and not pulling up. I still find DL partials hard to get into the right position for and prefer full ROM DL variations.

Left glute is wrapped tighter than a duck's butt in winter today. Physio is going to hurt so good

It will probably hurt quite a lot during but will feel great after.

I'm not sure what you mean Jim...

This girl is a fully qualified physio and sports massage therapist. She has worked with our local division one rugby team, amongst others and knows what she's doing.

That's some visual!

Massage pain is at least good discomfort, notice how the pain during subsequent massages always diminishes as the area improves; hubby massaged my lower back last week and boy did it hurt to start with though I told him to put a good deal of pressure on the area so that he was attacking the underlying muscle. Now, the back feels great.

Enjoy your physio!

Physio done. Quadratum Lumborum (sp?) and piriformis were both tight. These two are interlinked so having a tight QL for a while has probably led to the tight piriformis. Both have now been released though and she has shown me how to stretch it out. Rest day tomorrow and then back to SFW on Saturday
