Interesting name for a steak. Never heard of that cut and my dad was a butcher. Best steaks here (Alberta is well known for it's great beef - this is Ranching Country after all), outside of Tenderloin, are Rib Steaks, Strip Loin, T-Bone & Porterhouse. Speaking of which, I had the world's biggest Prime Rib Steak Friday night - yummy.

Rump is, as the name suggests, from the rump of the cow:

I believe the North Americans call our 'rump' steak Sirloin... and what we call Sirloin is the North American 'porterhouse'

either way Dead Cow cooked = WIN

LOL - you Brits have a different name for almost everything it seems. Yes, Sirloin comes in 2 varieties here, Top and Bottom Sirloin. Top Sirloin is good as well. However, most cuts of it here are not that great.

I do know one thing for sure, Big Al likes his dead cow Raw, just like his lifts.

Not a bad session. Good news and bad news on the forearm/elbow/shoulder pain following Saturday's heavy straight bar work. Good news is left arm is A ok. Bad news is that right arm hurt. For this reason I kept the assistance work light and high rep'. Taped my arms at 16" last night so the bulking diet is definitely working. Oh and I should really label my hang clean and press; "Ugly Reverse Curl and Press" but hey, it was my first time doing them so I'll let myself off

I like them there hang cleans to push press.

How does your grip/wrist handle fat grip work? I was always curious if the bar size would cause any additional wrist stress.
