They are just under 110kg's at the top apparently.

Or to put it another way, VERY HEAVY!

DYNAMIC EFFORT BENCH

Shoulder warm ups - took longer tonight as was still stiff and a bit sore from the weekend. Glad I'm taking a light week now.
Bench Press
Bar x 30
Add red bands 100lb's or 45kg's ISH at the top
Bar x 30
50kg's for 2 sets of 5
60kg's for 2 sets of 5
70kg's for 2 sets of 5
80kg's for 2 sets of 5

Pull Ups
4 sets of 10 alternating between close and wide grip

Face Pulls
7plates for 3 sets of 15

EZ Cable Curls superset with Straight Bar Pushdowns
9plates x 13 SS 6p x 15
9p x 10 SS 6p x 15
9p x 13 into drop set from hell - 3 drops for max rep's on each SS 6p x 15

Nothing heavy tonight just getting the blood flowing. Moved through all of the sets at quite a pace and was done in about 50minutes which for 3 of us was quick. Back was tight before but deep heat and stretching sorted it out nicely. Felt good. Looking forward to getting back into the heavy stuff next week.
