Awesome work Al. Squats are looking super strong

You dont seem to stall or slow at all on those squats mate, which is a fantastic sign and Quads are looking beastly...



Really impressed with how your strength ahas seemed to shoot up since the new routine buddy, 200kg Squat cant be too far away IMO buddy....

Thanks Carl. I'm hoping to hit a new squat max in the near future.

This week is something of a deload for me as I am away this weekend for a friend's wedding leaving on Friday. This means no max effort. I will plan a new mesocycle for the next 4 weeks or so until the next wedding that I have at the end of April, use that week as a deload and then test for new maxes.

You're probably right Carl

Next planned max effort sessions are:
Floor Press for triples (somewhere in the 120's)
Sumo Block Pulls for triples (low 200's)

Will try to stick to the rotation plan especially after failing my 135 at the weekend (can you tell I'm still annoyed about this ) but you know me, I can resist everything except heavy weights
