looking strong Al, 3pps for a working weight for bench is ery very strong buddy. I remember about two years ago you were deadlifting that as your max

You really have come on leaps and bounds buddy and show what commitment and consistency can do for anyone. I dont mean that as to undermine what you have achieved, but as in any one with average genetics really can make a massive difference to themselves with the right attitude...

No offence taken mate. I have done nothing special and although not below average I certainly wouldn't say my genetics are anything special (look at me!!).

And you're correct on the weight front. To put it in context around 12 months ago I could just squat 140kg's for a 1RM with knee wraps and it was an all out effort. I am sure progress will slow at some point but for the timebeing, I am riding the wave.

The better you get, the better people tend to think your genetics are. It's good to see reminders from lifters that are working hard that they weren't blessed. It puts things in perspective.
