Al, you may not know it, but you just helped make one of my KenGym decisions for me -- whatever kind of power rack I get it's gonna HAVE to bolt to the floor. I'm not about to have it flying into a wall or a ceiling or a window because someone like you comes over and uses too much band tension on it

In any case, that's some awesome squatting you got in even after that minor mishap. Keep up the good work, my friend

It was already cracked and was taped up. I just finished off the top part. I'm good mates with the guy who was working last night now so he just let me sweep it up and said he'd already told the gym owner to take it off anyways.

Thanks Ken. This one I think would bolt to the floor, they just haven't done it yet

The fact that you were able to regroup and get the required work done is a testament to your dogged determination to get to the nationals

Assuming you use heavy DB's to hold the bands down, I'm impressed there are dudes who can curl that in your gym

Thanks Jim. I don't think anyone curls the 50kg's hex dumbells, that would be CRAZY!

Looking forward to bench tonight. Still a bit tight and stiff but hoping deep heat and ibuprofen will cure that.
