Wow Al - to be reppin' 405+ lbs definitely is proof you are not a pussy. I agree, just unracking that is nerve-racking and takes guts.

Seems like only yesterday you were squatting 350ish lbs. Your progression is so consistent. I'm sure you will be reppin 500+ next year.

So a combination of a week's worth of rubbish sleep and a few too many G&T's whilst watching the horse racing yesterday has taken me out for today. I could have trained this afternoon but I'm trying to keep myself healthy by not pushing myself over the edge.

Back in tomorrow for a dynamic effort upper session. Looking forward to it.
