Exactly. And it means you have to get in to the gym, handle your business, and get home to the wife and baby. And getting in and out is something that can actually be beneficial for a natural lifter.

You will work around the baby buddy, we just seem to make life work. You may not have as much sitting on the sofa time, but there is still plenty of hours in the day.

I used to do the feeds (even at night) dunno why, but it has payed dividends as my daughters and I couldnt be closer and it only really lasts 6-9 months

I agree. What kind of example would I set if I gave up training because I'm a little tired?!?! All I need to find is 5-7hours per week including commute split over 4 days. I'm sure I can manage that.

First day back at work today and a little tired. Fiorella had me up until 3am but she's worth it

Looking forward to bench tomorrow night. If the rack's free, I'm hitting up a decent raw double probably around 130kg's and will then work up to a heavy single with the reverse bands.

My Neighbours already think I'm mental as they see me return from the gym covered in chalk and sweat, baby exercises just confirm this

On a serious note running up and downstairs after her is good conditioning work. One more excuse not to do cardio

Nah. Many of us have been through this and we are still here. You will just have to make adjustments as necessary, but you can still get it done.
