Weather was rubbish so no farmers walks in the rain today. Tried to get some blood flowing with exercises that didn't stress my body too much. Got a good pump going (painful as always in dodgy shoulder but calmed down already) and tried not to get too competitive. The bar rep' out was John's idea to get blood into Dave's shoulder which is being rehabbed and it turned into a contest which I lost but it's rep' based so I'll live. Then we wanted to do farmers walks for distance outside but it was raining so decided on static holds with a 100kg's barbell. No straps, just chalk. Deadlift it up and then hold for as long as possible. Small hands meant I also lost this Two losses meant I had to punish myself with ab' work.

Good session to get blood flowing and not lift heavy but I left the gym feeling completely unfulfilled. This is why I stopped bodybuilding training. I had a solid pump today but it was just boring. Already excited and talking smack for Tuesday night's max effort bench press where I'll be setting a new flat bench PB. Now time to rest up, stretch, roll and eat.

All in all Bother you got your ass out and trained! It may be a deload and super easy for ya (and by the way, a hell of a lot more work done than by the masses.) I think that it looks great, well structured and executed perfect. Great work LtL!
