Thanks buddy. I'm not gonna increase the time any more, I'll just be adding weight now so maybe you could try that?

I am looking forward to a week of stretching, rolling and rest before smashing another heavy session on Tuesday.

I'm thinking of trying elevated with elbows and knees on benches. Should make it harder as well.
