Worst workout I've had in a long time!! Felt a lower back tweak during Deadlifts, and my hip & sciatic are acting up again!! Going to make a couple of program changes.

B:

DB upright row: 45'sx8
Front squat: 155x8
BB seated calf raise: 140x20
Deadlift: 315x5!?
Reverse grip bench press: 175x8
*Cable pulldown: 200x8
*Cable row to neck: 80x8
Tricep dip: Bodyweight(+10)x8
Close grip BB curl: 90x8
Hammer curl: 35'sx8

Lower back/hip pain is a bummer. But sounds like you've been through this before and know what to do. Come back hammering even harder.

Full squat: 135x8 (could of done more but let's get the technique down first)
BB calf raise: 225x8
