I do arm workouts or upper body workouts in jeans quite a bit. Even work boots some days. Depends on what I have with me when I decide to hit the gym.

Weight: Forgot to weigh, may have been Freudian!

I am still in my first week of a 5x5 routine. I am still trying to get an idea of how heavy to go on each lift, but it is getting better. My arms, shoulders, and chest are sore.

Better than expected BtB. My weight loss has stalled, but I am putting up more weight in every movement than I did the previous day.
