Thanks BTB.

My strength is improving well and I am down 2 pounds! I just started a 5x5 and am anxious to see some big gains over the next year.

I think I went too heavy too fast on the squats though. I saw myself in the mirror and saw that I wasn't hitting parallel and am having alot of knee pain. I am going to back off the weight and concentrate on my form after my knees get a little better.

Congrats. Strength gains and weight loss is always a good combination. I would definitely back off the squat weight a little.

Make sure you focus on pushing those knees out just a hair as you descend. Not sure if you know this, and if you do, my apologies.

I like doing certain workouts in jeans. My wife thinks I'm crazy when I lift that way. Nice session.
