I thought I got it done yesterday, but too much of a geezer to get it right. LOL
You will need to go to user cp and then change your default setting. I had to do the same thing. Under options, turn off the auto subscribe.

Wow, you did some work. You were "fried" and "cooked" but are there any DOMS?

I don't remember, do you train at home or a commercial gym?
