Strong ass lifting right there. Get that deadlift form nailed down and you'll be hitting 600 in no time. You aren't that much older than me and a whole lot stronger. Inspiring.

Jesus kid, you're strong! And that deadlift was ALL BACK! I wonder how much you can actually pull when you incorporate your legs and hip thrust into it!

Solid commitments on all your lifts!

Deadlift is actually not too bad, make it a better habit to flex your triceps harder so you don't tear your biceps and check the how to deadlift thread and browse through for tips & tricks to hone it.

Using your back on the deadlift is fine, thats is one of the muscles used to deadlift, but I would focus on heavy rowing and lots of lat work to prevent rounding, take the stress off the lower and put it in the upper.

Deload week

press
85x3x10

bench
135x10
185x2x10

skullz
65x3x10

thoughts.

Nothing really, just a really easy deload day. I should get back into it again by next week

I agree about using the back, some people are simply not good at incorporating leg drive into a lift(me).

I'm not sure how exactly I am going to fix my form. but for my next training microcycle, I am going to be doing high volume low weight deficit deficit deadlifts, since the floor is my shit point.

thanks man, I doubt leg drive is going to do much though. I just need to find a way to stay tight from the floor

We wouldn't do that. Strength is strength. Nice work.
