OK. Nice work Tom. But some advice.

A. Never help anyone else move if possible. And if you are forced to help someone move, be drinking coffee/finding the restroom, etc. when heavy stuff is awkwardly jammed into a house or a truck.
B. Never feel fear going deep in a squat, as you will grind it up, no question. Once. Now if you drop it down again, you're on your own.
C. Never, and I mean never, use a ladder useless there's a gun to your head. They are the devil's playthings. Tempt him if you must, but only if you must.

Otherwise, your life plan seems sound to date.

Just a thought.

It's a good thing you took it easy, I reinjured my hammie several times before I rehabbed it properly, d'oh!

Yeah, a tweaked hammie can just nag you forever. I feel pretty lucky, this is healing quickly.

Good to see the hammie hold up, Tom! Hopefully the healing bug will spread as quickly as did the injury bug.

Rule A for me is "never help my mother-in-law move."

She has a store full of new clothing that has never been worn. Price tags are still on most items.

My grandma was that way with purses and shoes. And potholders. She had a thing for potholders. I never even knew she smoked....
