Default 3/16 Heavy Back

Was originally intending to go lite tonight since my low back and hammies were still tight from moving all that mulch this w/e. But once I got going, I decided to push it, just a little.

135 x 20

245 x 5

Deadies:
225 x 10 (standing on a step)
315 x 5 (standing on a step)
405 x 5 singles (sub-max but was feeling pretty fried by now)

HS Pullovers:
4P x 20, 20, 20

Stiff Arm Pulldowns:
Cybex Lev. 6 x 20, 20
Lev. 10x10 drop 8x10 drop 6x10

Some strength work and a good pump, what's not to like!?
