Seated Millitarty Press- Seat straight up and down
1x10-135, 1x5-185, 1x3-225, 3x3-275, 1x5-225, 1x12-135

Standing EZ Bar Curls
1x10-bar, 1x8-70, 1x3-110, 1x1-160, 1x3-180, 1x10-110

Close Grip Tricep Pushdowns
5x15, 100, 130, 160, 200, 240

Standing Dumbell Curls
3x8-55lb DB

Straight Bar Wide Grip Pushdowns
5x12 80, 120, 150, 180x2

Barbell front raises
3x15-60lbs

Wide grip Tri Delt Rows
3x10- 120 SLOOOOOOWW and painfull pump,

Dumbell Side Raises Concentrated and slow
2x25-25lbs with APT Grippers

Time for food!!!!!

Band Bench Day

Tuesday, 2/22/11

Flat Band Bench, Weight plus Red Bands 35lbs, bands loose 4" from chest, tight at top
Barx15, 140x10, 230x5, 320x3, 410x1, 460x3, 480x3, 510x2 3 was a failure big time.

THE FUN ONE
put 230 on bar, then hung 45's off the end with the bands (320 total), this makes it shake and harder at bottom, used this for some speed reps. 4 set of 3 with 60 sec breaks. then one set of 8 nonstop with pauses on chest. My triceps felt like they were going to blow out of the back of my arms!!!

JM Presses
3x15=135, i know its light, but my tri's where screaming and stabbing me with knives!!

Cable Cross overs
3x15=100lbs

shot!!!
Tonight felt the best on bench I have felt in a very long time.
