Legs--- again

Squats (smith machine)-- 135x10/ 225x10/ 315x8/ 405x4

Farmer carries-- 55lbs DBsx 1 lap/ 65x 3/4lap.. short rest finsh lap/ 55x 1 lap-- these freaking suck, i dont know why i did them on leg day but i just felt like it

Sumo Squats-- 135x10/225x10/315x1/ 405x1

ok 2nd leg day of the week is over, not super impressive but i got it done...

tomorrow is Back and arms....

can you say weighted pull ups????
